I know that eyes detect light that bounces off objects and bounces back to our eyes so we can see the object.
The ear identifies vibrations in the air
when we hear things. Our nerves transfer information from our hearing point/ears to our brain which allows us to hear what we sense.
Delicate nerves in our skin recognize when the body feels pain or has gained contact with another object or living organism.
Smell are micro billows buoyant in the air. The nose will diagnose those billows and nerves inside our body will send specific messages to our brain and allow us to smell what we discovered.
The tongue has tiny particles called taste buds. The tongue will observe the taste that we have eaten and send a message through our nerves to our brain deciding if what we swallowed tastes good or bad.
